I watched Figure skating competition on TV last night. I can't believe skating competition has already started.
I watch figure skating often. I can learn a lot from their movements. They are very relaxed anytime, even while they are skating on one leg. That's very important. Especially, they don't have any useless effort around back & shoulders. They do accurate movements only. Which gives me a positive image.
I'm actually Pilates instructor as well. Since I started Pilates, I realize how you move makes huge impact to your body. Even if you do same exersize, some people get tired very quickly, and other people keep moving without swetting.
It's not because you don't have enough stamina. It's because of how you move. How you use your body is very important not only for skiing but also for every day life.
If you ski with accurate movement, you can ski all day. No need burn your thighs. Why don't you start training for accurate movement, not for your mascle?
By the way, this is Annupuri, now. We could see snow covered around top station of Annupuri Gondola.
Winter is coming. Can't wait!!
